The Jefferson Auction and Gala is the largest fundraising event of the year, but more importantly, it’s an opportunity to connect with other Jefferson parents and teachers in a fun-filled evening with food, dancing and the opportunity to raise important funds for our children.
Our Auction consists of a week-long ONLINE AUCTION followed by the GALA AND AUCTION EVENT. You can participate in one or both to support our school.
Online Auction: Prior to our Gala and Auction Event, we will have a week-long Online Auction, where you can support our school by bidding on a variety of items from the comfort of your home! Most gift certificates and tickets will be available at our Online Auction only.
Gala and Auction Event: This is the biggest party of the year, where you can bid on items in the Silent Auction and Live Auction while enjoying food, beer, wine and music. You can also make a 100% tax deductible donation during Fund-a-Need and dance to music by a live DJ. All Class Art Projects, most Teacher Outings and most Parent hosted Buy-In Parties will be available only at the Gala and Auction Event.

#1 COLLECT DONATIONS: Contact your favorite businesses to donate. You can donate online and/or find a solicitation letter and donor form here:

Best-sellers: restaurant, shops & spa gift certificates, travel and vacation homes, travel packages, tickets for sporting events, concerts and shows; wine; experiences.
#2 HOST A BUY-IN PARTY: Think about fun events you can host for parents, kids or both! Love James Bond? Host a 007 Party. Crafty? Host a parent & kids Pints and Paints party. Organize a cooking lesson, hiking or camping trip or a behind-the-scenes tour. Kids love to get involved too, so have them host: baking parties, Minecraft, sporting events, etc.
It doesn’t have to be elaborate to be fun, and these are always great fundraisers.

#3 SHARE A SPECIAL SKILL: Donate services and/or items provided by our talented Jefferson families. Teach a group how to dance, play an instrument, fly-fish, cook, hit a line drive, knit. Or offer your special talents like delicious home cooked meals or baked goods, home brewed beer or photography, web design, etc.
